Helpful Amenities
Guests who park in our complimentary lot can hop a shuttle to our front door. At the end of the night, guests can take the shuttle back to the parking lot or to select downtown hotels.

What types of events can we do?
Windows On Washington can do events such as fundraisers, birthday parties, dinners, bar/bat mitzvahs, school dances, sorority/fraternity formals, auctions, fashion shows, civic galas, anniversary parties, and any event that will need catering.
Can we bring in our own food and desserts?
Windows On Washington is the in-house, exclusive catering company, so all food and beverage must go through us. We have many in-house options for not only hors d’ oeuvres and entrees, but also for buffets and desserts.
Do you have a list of vendors that I must use?
Windows On Washington has a list of Preferred Vendors for things such as band/DJ, baker, florist, and photography/videography. Although you do not have to use someone on this list, all vendors are very familiar with the space. Most vendors will also offer some sort of discount, typically 10%, for being a Windows On Washington client.
How many guests can I invite?
All of the floors at Windows On Washington can accommodate 50-800 guests, depending on if it is a sit-down dinner or a cocktail party.
How long can my event last?
Events can be 3-5 hours of either open bar or cash bar, ending no later than 12:30am. When the bar closes, the event also ends, the DJ/band stops playing, and the guests will depart
